NCM 25TH Anniversary TN-Eastern KY Caravan

Carl and Karen C. led a group of Corvettes of Clarksville members and guest Corvette owners to join up with the local caravan on August 28, 2019.

We staged at a nearby Shell station and proceeded to the Cornerstone Church in Madison, TN to collect more caravan cars. Roy Carman, our Caravan Captain, passed out our credentials at the church.

Driving further, we stopped at Kentucky Downs, a horse thoroughbred racetrack to gather more cars from surrounding areas. Upon leaving Kentucky Downs, we travelled sports car class back roads and caravanned to the National Corvette Museum.

At the museum there were thousands of Corvettes and people enjoying the event and sharing experiences encountered on the various incoming caravans. Vendor exhibits, Chevrolet C8 displays and many opportunities to spend Corvette hobby dollars on Corvette “treasures”!

All in all those who drove with us had the experience of meeting other Vette enthusiasts and comparing our beautiful rides.

Don’t miss this event in 2024, its well worth it!
